This renovated, well-presented, contemporary residence within one of the Island's top marinas. Arrayed over three floors, the property offers extremely spacious living accommodation. These open to the large en-suite bathroom which is beautifully appointed with imported glass tiling, and a deep Jacuzzi bath which is positioned to take full advantage of the tranquil views along the waterway. There is also a large walk-in shower. There is ducted air-conditioning in all of the internal living areas. The furnishings and decor throughout the house are of extremely high quality and most are imported.
